Flip-Up Doors

GENERAL INFORMATION

The plate assembly for mounting the Flip-Up door is attached to the bottom of the MidSection shelf and / or the Upper
Unit before shipping. The Flip-Up door(s) is packed separately with the hinges attached for connection to the mounting
plate. The roller assemblies must be installed onto the sides of the Dispenser Unit and Center Column.

A EQUIPMENT ALERT

Do not over-tighten hex head
mounting bolts.Torque to 50-55 inch / lbs.

A. Place upper unit and shelf in position and secure with #10-24 x 5/8" screws. Use the hex head screws on Center Col¬
umn side.

B. Install four roller assemblies, two on Dispenser Unit and two on Center Column, securing with the #8-32 x 3/4", flat
head phillips screws. Remove towel and cup dispenser.

C. Remove cover from adhesive strips. Press Cover Panel in position on Dispenser Unit, and secure with three #10-24
x 5/8" phillips head screws. Install towel and cup dispenser.

Connecting Hinge.

A. Clip hinge onto mounting bracket.

B. Push upward until hinge snaps onto bracket.

Releasing Hinge.

C. Depress lever at end of hinge.

D. Pull hinge away from mounting bracket.

Hinge Adjustment.

E. Side Adjustment

Turn screw (E) until door is in desired position.

F. Height Adjustment

Loosen screw (F) approximately 1/4 turn, reposition
door, then tighten screw.

G. Depth Adjustment

Loosen screw (G), reposition door, then tighten
screw.
